1. Online Shopping

1.1 We make sure that all prices, photos and product descriptions on the website are correct. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colors, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. 2. Process

Most of the time, we don't ship orders the same day. It takes one to two business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option you choose. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you placed your order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2.1 All orders you place on this website will be subject to acceptance of these general conditions. Anyone who buys our products CAN'T go and resell them on Amazon, eBay, etc.

3. Tracking your order

3.2 All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact courier to investigate this matter. We cannot be held responsible for packages whose tracking information shows the package was delivered to your order address.

3.3 It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that he or she correctly enters the delivery address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, which is why there is a very short period of time to cancel / change your order or change your order address.
